Bramblelight separates storage needed to run the service from optional analytics and marketing tracking.
Necessary storage
Bramblelight uses cookies or browser storage when needed for authentication, security, session continuity, site preferences, and remembering your privacy choices. Necessary storage is not disabled by the optional-tracking control because the site may not function correctly without it.
Optional analytics and marketing
Optional analytics and marketing are off until you allow them. When allowed, Bramblelight may use first-party affiliate click analytics and Pinterest conversion tracking to understand site performance and attribution.
Your choices
You can accept all optional tracking, reject non-essential tracking, or manage the optional category. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from using core Bramblelight account and reading features. A supported Global Privacy Control signal is honored by keeping optional tracking off.
Browser controls
You can also clear cookies and local storage using your browser settings. Doing so can sign you out or cause Bramblelight to ask for your privacy choice again.
